JONATHAN E. BARRISH
Jonathan’s practice focuses on Workers’
Compensation, employers’ liability, construction, and toxic
tort litigation. He also handles general commercial litigation
matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in Workers’
Compensation cases before the Illinois Industrial Commission,
the Circuit Court and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Jonathan is a frequent lecturer for third
party administrators as well as self insured employers on topics
concerning Illinois Workers’ Compensation. In May 2004 he
authored a handbook accompanying a seminar he gave entitled “Asbestos
Claims under the Occupational Diseases and Workers’ Compensation
Acts.”
