KENNETH J. BARRISH

Ken has extensive experience in environmental litigation, toxic tort litigation, mass tort litigation, construction litigation, commercial litigation, product liability litigation, Workers’ Compensation law, employment litigation, employers’ liability, defamation, contract disputes, premises liability, medical malpractice, automobile litigation, and appellate practice.

Ken is an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration Program, and has also served as an Arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He spoke at a seminar entitled “Water Intrusion and Toxic Mold Claims in Illinois,” given by Sterling Education Services in 2004. He regularly gives seminars on various topics in Workers’ Compensation law.
