DANIEL A. BAYLSON
Dan’s practice encompasses commercial
litigation matters relating to workplace accidents, construction
defects, professional and executive liability, employment liability,
product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, general negligence
and appellate practice.
During law school, Dan was a staff writer
for the Environmental Law Journal and published Commonwealth
of Massachusetts v. EPA: Passing the Buck on Regulation of Greenhouse
Gas Emissions, 17 Vill. Envtl. L.J. 411 (2006). In addition,
he participated in Villanova Law School's Clinic for Asylum, Refugee
and Emigrant Services (CARES) and won asylum for a Liberian client
after two merits hearings before U.S. Immigration Court in Philadelphia.
