TRACY C. BEGGS
received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan, and was licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1980. He is also admitted to practice before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern and Central Illinois Districts of the United States District Court, and is a member of the Northern District Trial Bar.

Mr. Beggs concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, including products liability litigation and risk management, and related commercial litigation, including grey-market disputes. He has conducted trials in both the state and federal courts.

He has extensive experience working with insurance companies, manufacturers and distributors, and has successfully defended clients against products liability claims for compensatory and punitive damages at trial. He has spoken and written on product liability issues in both Japan and the United States.
