TRACY C. BEGGS
Tracy concentrates his practice in the areas
of insurance defense, including products liability litigation
and risk management, and related commercial litigation, including
grey-market disputes. He has conducted multiple trials in both
state and federal courts. He has extensive experience working
with insurance companies, manufacturers and distributors, and
has successfully defended clients against products liability claims
for compensatory and punitive damages at trial.
Tracy has spoken and written on product liability
issues in both Japan and the United States. He is listed as an
Illinois Super Lawyer for 2010, the fourth time he has been so
recognized. Tracy has also been rated an AV® Preeminent™
lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system, representing
recognition of the highest level of professional excellence.
