MINDY K. BRADLEYMindy’s primary practice area is insurance coverage. She has represented insurers in a broad range of insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions, breach of contract claims, and other insurance-related matters, in both state and federal courts. Mindy also has extensive experience providing coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and denial letters on behalf of insurers on complex issues of policy interpretation, including the construction of commercial general liability, business and personal auto, commercial property, homeowners, professional liability, and employers insurance policies, as well as reinsurance policies and issues involving large self-insurance retentions. Mindy also has experience in professional and executive liability and employment matters. Mindy also has experience representing governmental entities, on issues involving civil rights, and the Texas Tort Claims Act, as well as premises liability. She has also represented self-insurance pools comprised of governmental entities, and provided counsel with regards to the drafting and interpretation of their various lines of insurance coverage, interlocal agreements and bylaws. In her free time, Mindy enjoys running and also leads a Bible Study for sixth-grade girls. Education
