MICHAEL J. BURKE
graduated from Skidmore College in 1984 with a dual major in Business and Government. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1988 and has for nearly twenty years litigated an array of lawsuits in private practice and in behalf of the government. Mr. Burke has tried many cases to verdict in both state and federal court involving areas of employment law, products liability, toxic tort, personal injury, professional malpractice, construction and election law, generally in behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. Mr. Burke has also authored and argued numerous appeals. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
