TOBIN A. BUTLER
received his undergraduate degree cum laude from The College of New Jersey in 1992 and his law degree cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1995. He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in 1995 and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1996. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Butler worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William L. Forester, Superior Court of Cumberland County, New Jersey. Mr. Butler concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, including construction litigation, automobile negligence, toxic tort litigation, legal malpractice defense, and personal injury protection matters.

Mr. Butler is a registered on-ice official with USA Hockey.
