KATHLEEN J. COLLINS
Kathleen’s practice draws on an extensive
background in complex commercial litigation involving employment,
professional malpractice, E&O/D&O, construction defect,
products liability, consumer fraud, mass toxic tort, and environmental.
She has successfully defended numerous insured entities and self-insured
companies before New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Illinois state
and federal courts as well as in mediation and arbitration forums.
Her past experience includes work in the defense of environmental
contamination/remediation actions and the defense of intellectual
property and Internet claims. Kathleen has been involved in several
high profile matters ranging from fatalities to defending against
a religious discrimination claim which was monitored by national
and international groups.
Kathleen has lectured on computer use in
the workplace and employment law issues. In addition, Kathleen
has taught courses in Law and the Internet, Business Law, Civil
Procedure, and Contracts.
