KATHLEEN J. COLLINS
received her undergraduate degree in 1987 from Rutgers University, her law degree in 1991 from Widener University School of Law, and her Letter of Law Masters degree in Information Technology Law from John Marshall School of Law in 1999.

She is a member of the Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and all corresponding Federal Districts. Her litigation experience includes products liability, professional and executive liability, workers' compensation, commercial cyberlaw and landfill remediation.

Areas of specialty include commercial cyberlaw and environmental law. She has taught Business Law at the paralegal and college levels.
