BRADFORD COOKE
received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in 1972
and his law degree in 1978 from Syracuse university Law School
in 1978. He also taught undergraduate courses in jurisprudence
and federalism at the Maxwell School of Government.
He is licensed to practice in the state courts of New York, 1991;
the United States District Court for the Northern District of
New York, 1991, the Southern District of New York, 1993; the Eastern
District of New York, 1993; the Second Circuit Court of Appeals,
1993, and the United States Supreme Court, 1991.
Mr. Cooke offers a significant litigation experience in trials,
verdicts and appeals in medical malpractice, hospital liability,
products liability, toxic torts, construction, premises and general
liability and insurance coverage litigation.
He has served on the Board of Trustees of several not-for-profit
corporations.
