PHILIP F. CUEVAS
Phil’s practice is concentrated in the
areas of commercial transportation, municipal law, and class action
litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in cases involving
catastrophic trucking accidents, federal civil rights, product
liability, premises liability, class action litigation, and employment
law. Phil has successfully argued several cases in the appellate
courts of Illinois and Indiana.
