PHILIP F. CUEVAS
received a Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Illinois State University in 1996. Mr. Cuevas received his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in 2000. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Illinois and Indiana along with the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.

Mr. Cuevas is a commercial litigator with experience in catastrophic trucking accidents, federal civil rights, product liability, premises liability, class action litigation, and employment law. Mr. Cuevas also practices before the Appellate Courts of Illinois and Indiana.
