MARK A. DARLING
Mark focuses his practice in the area of insurance
defense. He has defended all types of tort claims, including medical,
legal and professional malpractice, products liability, premises
liability and toxic tort matters. He has also argued appeals in
both Massachusetts and New Hampshire appellate courts and in the
First Circuit. Mark has also been named as an AV® Preeminent™
lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system, representing
recognition of the highest level of professional excellence. He
has taught at numerous NITA trial practice and deposition seminars.
Mark was a Northeast Regional Winner of the
ABA and ACTL (American College of Trial Lawyers) Trial Competition,
and competed in the National Moot Court Competition in Texas during
his final year of law school. Upon completion of law school, he
served as a law clerk to the Justices of the New Hampshire Superior
Court. Mark has been a partner with Litchfield Cavo LLP since
2005.
