COLE G. DUNNICK
Cole focuses his practice on complex commercial
litigation, food safety, products liability, toxic torts, professional
malpractice and premises liability. He serves as national defense
counsel for food industry clients including meat, vegetable, and
spice processors in food contamination, bodily injury, and damages
suits on a national basis. Cole also serves as general counsel
for a 24-unit residential condominium association in Chicago.
While in law school, Cole received CALI (Computer-Assisted
Legal Instruction) awards in the fields of Trial Advocacy, Pre-Trial
Civil Litigation Strategy and Ethics. He also earned a certificate
in Intellectual Property Law from the DePaul University College
of Law Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information
Technology. Cole served as a research assistant to DePaul Professor
Katherine Jo Strandburg for her book Privacy and Technologies
of Identity: A Cross-Disciplinary Conversation (Springer
2005).
