MARC S. EDRICH
Marc’s practice is concentrated on insurance
and tort defense litigation, products liability and asbestos litigation,
financial and business litigation including unfair trade claims,
and ERISA claims. He also has significant experience in general
commercial litigation, including executive, professional and employer
liability defense and bankruptcy litigation. Marc is rated a BV®
Distinguished™ lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer
review rating system.
In addition to litigating cases before the federal and state courts
of Connecticut and New York, Marc has lectured extensively on
matters including e-commerce, and real estate and bankruptcy litigation.
