MARK A. EVERETT
For the past twenty-five years, Mark has worked
exclusively in the insurance defense field handling all aspects
of litigation arising out of motor accidents, commercial premises
accidents, and construction site accidents and all related insurance
coverage disputes. This includes both trial work and appellate
practice; Mark has tried dozens of cases to verdict in New York
state and federal courts. He has been rated a BV® Distinguished™
lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system.
