MARK A. EVERETT
received his undergraduate degree from Wabash College in 1976 and his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1982. For the last 25 years, he has litigated exclusively in the commercial insurance defense field handling all aspects of suits arising out of motor vehicle, commercial premises, construction and related insurance coverage disputes. This includes both trial and appellate work.

Mr. Everett has tried dozens of cases to verdict in both the New York State and the Federal Courts. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals from the Second Circuit. He is a member of both the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
