TRISHA A. GILL

Trisha’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of management in employment law claims in the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal courts.  Her litigation practice in civil defense litigation also includes premises liability, automobile/ trucking liability and products liability.  She was a finalist in the Donna Jo Morse Moot Court Negotiating Competition and was a 1999 recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Federal Income Taxation.

Trisha has presented seminars on employment law and litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and has served on panels for the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania.
