MICHAEL L. HAHN
received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in 1992 from the Northern Illinois University and his law degree in 1995 from Loyola University – Chicago Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Western District of Michigan, the United States Circuit Court for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Hahn’s practice and experience includes insurance coverage, insurance litigation and litigation of complex commercial matters. His insurance coverage practice includes representing primary and excess insurers’ interests in declaratory judgment actions throughout the country. He also renders coverage opinions in matters involving pollution, media liability, transportation, construction, advertising injury and mass tort claims.

His commercial litigation practice also involves defending businesses and individuals in a wide range of suits involving contract disputes and professional liability matters.
