RICHARD D. HOANG
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego in 2000 and his J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice before the California State Courts and the United States District Courts for all districts in California.

Mr. Hoang’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation including professional and executive liability, employment, construction, and bodily injury liability. Mr. Hoang has experience in legal and medical malpractice liability, workers’ compensation, products liability, premises liability, and elder abuse litigation.

Mr. Hoang is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a delegate to the State Bar Conference of California Bar Associations.
