RICHARD D. HOANG
Richard’s practice is focused primarily
in the areas of complex commercial litigation including professional
and executive liability, employment, construction, and bodily
injury liability. Richard has experience in legal and medical
malpractice liability, Workers’ Compensation, products liability,
premises liability, and elder abuse litigation.
In 2004 Richard served as a Legal Extern for the California Department
of Justice in the Natural Resources Law Section. Before entering
private practice, he taught general and organic chemistry as a
teaching assistant in the Chemistry department of UCSD and as
an Associate Instructor of Chemistry at Indiana University.
Richard is also an avid pianist, currently focusing on works from
the mid-Romantic period.
