JASON E. HUNTER
Jason has an extensive legal background, having
worked in a general practice capacity for several years following
graduation from law school. He moved to Arizona in 2000 which
afforded him the opportunity to focus solely on insurance and
corporate defense matters, his primary practice today. His experience
includes coverage and defense litigation involving catastrophic
personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability, construction
defect, products liability, elder abuse and nursing home negligence,
and wrongful death, as well as executive and employers liability
defense, professional (medical, attorney and accountant) malpractice
and general corporate/business defense. Jason joined Litchfield
Cavo LLP as a partner in 2008.
Jason is a frequent lecturer to attorney and paralegal organizations.
He has spoken on and authored practice materials related to a
variety of current topics, including products liability, discovery
techniques, medical evidence, civil damages, witness examination,
and trial preparation.
