JASON E. HUNTER
graduated cum laude from Bradley University in 1993 and received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Illinois and Arizona, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Arizona, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Seventh and Ninth Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hunter’s experience includes insurance coverage and defense litigation including automobile liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, elder abuse and nursing home negligence matters. He has also successfully represented clients in general business disputes and complex commercial litigation, as well arguing before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Hunter has lectured and authored practice materials on products liability, discovery techniques, medical evidence, civil damages, witness examination, and trial preparation.
