THOMAS A. JACOBSON
Tom’s practice is focused primarily
on personal injury defense. He also has experience defending trucking,
automobile, premises liability, elevator and construction related
personal injury claims as well as construction defect, city code
violation, insurance coverage, battery and landlord/tenant cases,
executive and professional liability, and employment cases.
In 2002, Tom served as a legal assistant at
the American Bar Association Central European and Eurasian Law
Initiative in Pristina, Kosovo, where he worked with American
and Kosovar attorneys on issues in developing the legal system
in a post-conflict environment as well as administering a law
student exchange program. While in law school, he also conducted
extensive research on terrorism-related legislation, municipal
tort liability, and the regulation of nuclear material.
