KEARNEY W. KILENS
received her undergraduate degree from Denison University in 1982
and her law degree from the DePaul University, College of Law
in 1985.
She is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois; the federal
district courts for the Northern and Central Districts in Illinois
and the Northern District in Texas; and the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Seventh Circuit. She is also a member of the trial bar
for the Northern District of Illinois.
Kearney’s practice concentrates in the defense of management
in employment matters as well as general commercial litigation
matters. She has tried several cases to verdict, including suits
for retaliatory discharge and various tort and contract claims.
