ELAINE J. LAFLAMME
Elaine’s background is in all areas
of civil/commercial litigation including the defense of corporations
and individuals in both state and federal court. She focuses her
practice on corporate, professional, executive and general liability
and labor employment disputes, including EEOC claims and litigation.
She has successfully represented clients in litigation, alternative
dispute resolution, trial, and appellate matters. During the course
of her career, Elaine has litigated and tried cases in courts
throughout the state of Florida; and has handled appeals in all
five of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, the Florida
Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
