BENNETT C. LOFARO
received his undergraduate degree from Bernard M. Baruch College (City University of New York) in 1982 and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York City in 1984.

He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York (1985) and Florida (2007) as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (1985).

Mr. Lofaro’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, construction law and insurance defense litigation. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts.
