RICHARD A. LORD, JR.
Rich’s practice has focused mainly in
the area of insurance defense litigation, particularly legal malpractice,
executive, professional and employers defense liability, uninsured/underinsured
motorist benefits, premises liability, products liability, and
automobile personal injury actions.
While in law school, Rich served as Associate
Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and also was Vice
President of the Mock Trial Society. He competed in various national
mock trial competitions and was a member of the 1999 Regional
Student Trial Advocacy Championship Team which went on to compete
in the National Finals in New Orleans, Louisiana that year.
