CHRISTOPHER A. McLAUGHLIN
is a 1987 graduate of Albany Law School and a 1984 graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo with a BA in history. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts of the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Defense Association of New York.

Mr. McLaughlin has taken numerous verdicts in his years of practice, and handled cases for a variety of carriers and self insured companies involving: construction claims, labor law, motor vehicles, premises liability, premises security, product liability, legal malpractice, forklifts and other material handling equipment. He has worked with both carriers and companies in drafting effective leases, construction contracts, and service agreements to assist in indemnification issues and insurance procurement problems.
