JAMES M. MEANEY
James focuses his practice on insurance coverage
disputes, including claims involving E&O coverage, personal
and advertising injury, and property damage. He also defends insureds
in professional liability and employment discrimination suits,
as well as claims arising from motor vehicle and workplace accidents.
While at Brooklyn Law School, James was a member of the Moot Court
Honor Society and participated in national competitions. He also
counseled underprivileged middle and high school students in debating
skills as part of Legal Outreach. As a law student, he worked
for the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
He also interned at the office of the New York County District
Attorney.
