LYNNE M. MUELLER
received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985, and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois.

Lynne’s practice has included real estate litigation and bankruptcy litigation and she has lectured on issues pertinent to both areas. Her practice has also included the defense of trucking claims and commercial litigation disputes.

Lynne joined Litchfield Cavo in 2002 where she focuses her practice in insurance related litigation, commercial disputes and bankruptcy litigation. Lynne represents insurers and individuals with respect to construction claims, general liability, professional liability, coverage litigation, contractual disputes and in bankruptcy proceedings.

She is actively involved with a local community development organization and is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
