LYNNE
M. MUELLER
Lynne joined Litchfield Cavo LLP in 2002 and
focuses her practice in insurance related litigation, commercial
disputes and bankruptcy litigation. Lynne represents corporate and
individual defendants in employment related matters, construction
disputes, executive and professional liability claims, contractual
disputes, personal liability and product liability actions and in
bankruptcy proceedings. She also defends insurers in coverage disputes,
including bad faith litigation. Lynne has previous experience in
real estate litigation, and her practice has also included the defense
of a national trucking company. She has lectured at various bankruptcy
seminars. Lynne is rated a BV® Distinguished lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell’s
peer review rating system. She currently serves as Managing Partner
of the Firm’s Wisconsin office.
Lynne is actively involved in the Oak Creek-Franklin
school district where her children attend, currently serving on
the facilities/master plan committee, and is a member of SEWMOT
(Southeastern Wisconsin Mothers of Triplets). She also provides
legal services for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Legal Action
of Wisconsin and has served as counsel for an economic development
organization that assists entrepreneurs and small business owners.
