HOPE G. NIGHTINGALE
Hope has extensive experience in complex commercial
litigation. Her practice currently focuses on two areas: insurance
coverage advice and litigation (including general liability, first
party lines, excess and reinsurance) and employment advice and
litigation (including EEOC and IDHR proceedings, employment discrimination,
unlawful termination, and retaliation). Hope has been a partner
at Litchfield Cavo LLP since the Firm’s founding in 1998.
Hope has been rated an AV® Preeminent™ lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell,
representing the recognition of the highest level of professional
excellence by her peers. She has also been recognized numerous
times as a Super Lawyer in the area of insurance coverage, and
she has also been listed as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois in that
field.
