OMAR S. ODLAND
Omar provides counsel to insurance industry
clients in matters of complex litigation, regulatory compliance
and insurance coverage. His litigation experience includes representing
carriers in class action litigation, reinsurance pool disputes,
bad faith litigation, legal malpractice claims and public access
law disputes. Omar has extensive coverage experience in claims
of construction defect and injury, products liability, environmental
contamination, executive, employer and professional liability,
and marine insurance risks.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Omar served as a judicial
law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Norgle, United States District
Judge, Northern District of Illinois.
