JOHN L. POLLOCK
received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in 1994, and his law degree from University of Arizona College of Law in 2000. He was admitted to practice before the State of Arizona in 2000 and the State of Wisconsin in 2005. Mr. Pollock has a reported decision in State v. Harntman, 204 Ariz. 593, 65 P.3d 974 (Ariz.Ct. App. 2003). He is the author of Missing “Persons” Expedited Removal, Fong Yue Ting, and the Fifth Amendment, 41 Ariz. L. Rev. 1109 (1999). Mr. Pollock focuses his practice on Civil Litigation.
