JAMES F. REGAN
graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2001. He received his law degree from Pace University in May 2004 , and joined the staff counsel operation for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group where his practice included general liability, commercial and personal lines claims litigation.

In June 2005 he moved to the litigation department of a large New York firm where he concentrated on major commercial litigation including suits stemming from the collapse of Enron Corporation.

Mr. Regan is admitted to practice in New York State Courts as well as the Southern District of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
