JAMES F. REGAN
Jim focuses his practice on insurance defense
and general liability. He primarily works on motor vehicle accidents
and has extensive experience in cases involving tractor trailer
accidents. He also handles mass tort, premises liability, personal
injury, property damage, and employment discrimination.
Upon completing law school, Jim joined the
staff counsel operation for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, where
his practice included general liability, commercial, and personal
lines claims litigation. He later moved to the litigation department
of a large New York firm where he concentrated on major commercial
litigation including suits stemming from the collapse of Enron
Corporation.
