BRIAN M. REID
Brian’s practice is focused on coverage
litigation as well as working with insurance company clients on
claim evaluation and strategy from a coverage perspective. His
primary areas of expertise include environmental and mass tort
claims, claims involving construction defect allegations, and
claims relating to additional insured and priority of coverage
issues. His practice includes complex commercial litigation involving
executive, employer and professional defense. He previously worked
as an Account Specialist in the Environmental Claims Department
for Zurich Insurance Company and as a Claims Analyst and later
Claims Counsel in Environmental & Mass Tort Claims Department
of CNA. He has been involved in the litigation of cases throughout
Illinois as well as in California, Indiana, Missouri, New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin and several U.S.
District Courts.
