PAUL G. ROCHE
received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from The University
of Connecticut (Storrs) in 1982 and his law degree from Georgetown
University Law Center in 1989.
He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Roche has represented insurers
in a broad range of insurance coverage litigation, and other insurance-related
matters, in state and federal courts across the country.
He has extensive experience representing insurance company clients
in coverage disputes involving PCBs, hazardous waste, asbestos,
pharmaceuticals, hazardous noise, and defective building products,
as well as reinsurance and agent-broker controversies.
Mr. Roche was the co-author of the insurance coverage chapter
of Madden & Owen on Products Liability Law, 3d ed. (West Group
2000). Mr. Roche is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia
and before the United States District Court for the District of
Columbia.
