G. DAVID RUBIN
David’s practice is focused primarily
in the areas of complex commercial litigation including professional
and executive liability, employment, bodily injury liability,
construction law, and environmental litigation, including asbestos
and silica work. David's diverse practice also includes the representation
of insurers in complex coverage matters, including advice and
litigation. He has extensive trial experience and has authored
and argued dozens of appeals, writs and dispositive motions on
various commercial topics.
