G. DAVID RUBIN
earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1995, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California in 1992. He is admitted to practice in California State and United States District Courts.
Mr. Rubin’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation including construction law, bodily injury liability, insurance coverage, professional and executive liability, employment, and intellectual property, including copyright infringement. Mr. Rubin has extensive trial experience and has authored and argued dozens of appeals and writs on various commercial topics. He is a resident in Litchfield Cavo’s California office.
