JAMES W. SEXTON

Jim currently focuses his practice primarily on asbestos personal injury defense. Since 1990, he has been actively involved in the trial and preparation of civil cases, involving general liability, product liability, and dram shop issues.

Before entering private practice, Jim worked as a public defender with the Essex County Bar Association Advocates. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts and has argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

Jim has been a member of the Democratic City Council of Lynn, Massachusetts since 1991. He has also served as chairman of the Committee to Elect (and Re-Elect) Robert Fennell State Representative since 1994.
