JAMES W. SEXTON
is a graduate of Suffolk University (B.S.B.A., cum laude, 1979)
and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1985). He is
admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is also admitted to
practice before the United States District Court for the District
of Massachusetts.
Jim was formerly a Public Defender with The Essex County Bar
Association Advocates. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials
in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts and has argued
before the Massachusetts Supreme Court. Since 1990, Jim has been
actively involved in the trial and preparation of civil cases,
involving general liability, product liability and dram shop issues.
