ANDREW L. SMITH
Andrew focuses his practice on the areas of
employment law, tort liability, civil rights, and business litigation.
He has worked with clients across the United States on a wide
variety of matters, including civil rights litigation, administrative
hearings, federal contracts litigation, products liability defense,
and general civil matters, on both trial and appellate levels.
In law school, Andrew served as the Articles
Editor of the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications
Law and Policy. He also served as treasurer of the Tax Law
Society.
Before entering law school, Andrew participated
in Teach for America, serving as a teacher for fourth and fifth
grade students in Indianola, Mississippi. His other interests
include music (guitar and vocals) and cooking.
