NICOLE STRAUSS-RUSSO
Nicole’s practice encompasses litigation
matters relating to construction defects, professional liability
for errors and omissions, employment liability, product liability,
workplace accidents, toxic torts, premises liability, coverage
disputes, general negligence, and appellate practice, representing
clients in state and federal court. She represents major property
and casualty insurers on both a national and regional basis. In
addition, Nicole has a background in class action defense, commercial
litigation, and copyright infringement.
During the summer of 2001, Nicole interned
at the Old Bailey Central Criminal Court with His Honor Judge
Jeremy Roberts in London, England. Before entering private practice,
Nicole was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Francine I. Axelrad of
the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She
also served as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.
