TORY F. TAYLOR
Tory’s background is in insurance defense litigation, including the defense of corporations and individuals in all areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His primary practice focuses on trucking, professional and executive liability (medical malpractice/Director & Officer), premises/Dram Shop, products liability, construction litigation, and labor and employment issues, including EEOC/TWC claims, litigation, and assisting companies with policy and procedure development. He also litigates commercial cases, such as contracts and insurance coverage matters. Tory has tried cases throughout Texas, including the “Valley,” and handled cases for clients in other contiguous states as well. Tory has also argued cases before various Texas Courts of Appeal. He served as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law from 2002 to 2006.
Tory serves as the Managing Partner of Litchfield
