KEVIN A. TITUS
Throughout his law practice, Kevin has been
involved in a wide range of commercial litigation, including insurance
coverage, reinsurance, petroleum industry practice, professional
liability and general contract and tort litigation. His practice
is focused primarily in the area of complex insurance coverage,
with an emphasis in asbestos and environmental pollution matters.
Kevin has co-authored articles for several publications, including
the Tort & Insurance Law Journal of the American
Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal
Education.
