EDWARD D. VAISBORT
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in finance and real estate, from California State University, Northridge, and his J.D. from the University of California-Hastings College of Law. His bar admissions include California, Nevada and Colorado, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the District of Nevada. Mr. Vaisbort has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. Vaisbort is a veteran attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including real estate, construction, insurance coverage, professional liability, directors and officers and employment law. He has been licensed as a real estate broker for over twenty years, and has served as an expert witness in real estate disclosure cases. He has significant trial, arbitration and appellate experience in insurance coverage, construction and general business disputes. He has served as lead counsel in sizable litigation for insurers, major lenders, contractors and developers. Mr. Vaisbort also represents major food products manufacturers and others in trade secret litigation and related “bet the company” proceedings. He has extensive experience in the field of insurance coverage and coverage litigation, having represented domestic and foreign insurers with hundreds of coverage matters, including “bad faith” litigation.
