EDWARD D. VAISBORT

Edward is a veteran attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including real estate, construction, insurance coverage, professional liability, Directors and Officers, and employment law. He has significant trial, arbitration, and appellate experience in insurance coverage, construction and general business disputes. He has served as lead counsel in sizable litigation for insurers, major lenders, contractors and developers. A licensed real estate broker for over twenty years, he has also served as an expert witness in real estate disclosure cases.

Edward also represents major food products manufacturers and others in trade secret litigation and related “bet the company” proceedings. He has extensive experience in the field of insurance coverage and coverage litigation, having represented domestic and foreign insurers with hundreds of coverage matters, including bad faith litigation.

Edward has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles Superior Court. For more than 15 years, he has held the prestigious rating of AV® Distinguished™ lawyer issued by Martindale-Hubbell, representing the recognition of the highest level of professional excellence by his peers.
