VINCENT J. VELARDO
Vince focuses his practice on insurance coverage,
including claims involving advertising injury, fire and water
property damage, pollution exclusions, E&O coverage forms,
fraud, September 11 claims, mold damage, theft, and third party
coverage claims. In addition, he has handled general commercial
litigation matters involving commercial real estate disputes,
discrimination, civil rights, Lanham Act, legal malpractice defense
and casualty defense involving products liability, construction,
trucking, and general liability claims. Vince clerked in the New
Jersey Superior Court for the Hon. Carol A. Ferentz, P.J.Cv.,
(Ret.) and the Hon. Julio M. Fuentes, P.J.Cv. (currently United
States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit).
Vince has served as a member of the organizing
committee for the American Cancer Society Dogswalk Against Cancer
(with the enthusiastic participation of his dog Maddie). He is
a certified windsurfing and sailing instructor.
