VICTOR A. VINCENZI
Vic’s practice is focused on the defense
of personal injury lawsuits for numerous insurance carriers and
self insured companies for accidents involving motor vehicles,
construction related claims, premises liability and products liability.
He has taken numerous cases to trial and verdict and has participated
in mediations and arbitrations to effect settlements.
Vic is a retired New York City Police Department
Detective Sergeant (1968-1989) and a United States Air Force veteran
(1964-68). His work for the NYCPD included serving as an Investigator
in the Organized Crime Control Bureau (1971-77), a Patrol Sergeant
for the 28th Precinct-Harlem (1977-79), a Sergeant/Team Leader
for the Organized Crime Control Bureau (1979-81) and as a Detective
Sergeant and Supervisor for Chief of Detectives in the Internal
Affairs Unit (1981-89). In 1985 he was awarded a full four-year
scholarship from the New York City Police Department to attend
St. John’s University School of Law.
