TERRY M. WEYNA
Terry brings extensive strategic experience
in complex litigation and business management to her legal practice.
Her expertise includes a broad range of insurance defense and
coverage issues, including general commercial liability, umbrella/excess,
truckers, public officials, Directors and Officers, professional
malpractice, homeowners, property, construction defect, medical,
and bad faith. Her corporate experience includes work for major
insurance companies, including Mutual of Omaha, Calfarm, and Nationwide
Insurance Group, where her responsibilities included providing
analysis and advice on policies and procedures and resolving coverage
disputes through negotiation with opposing counsel, as well as
training and supervising attorneys, paralegals, and claims personnel
on coverage issues. She also served on the Board of Directors
of Mutual of Omaha UK Ltd. Terry recently served as a research attorney for the Contra Costa County Superior Court in Martinez, California.
