NANCY D. WILENSKY
Nancy focuses her practice primarily on Workers’ Compensation
claims. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, she worked for the City
of Chicago Workers’ Compensation Division, handling approximately
twenty percent of the City’s Workers’ Compensation
cases. While in law school, Nancy also served as a law clerk for
ProAssurance, a professional liability insurance provider, where
her responsibilities included drafting confidential file summaries
on legal malpractice claims.
