AILEEN REILLY WILSON
Aileen’s practice involves defending insurance companies and their insureds in various types of complex litigation claims, including employer liability (at the administrative and state/federal levels), professional and executive liability, educational institution liability, products liability, sexual molestation, construction accidents and defects, legal and real estate malpractice, premises liability and security, automobile accident, and uninsured motorist claims. Aileen’s practice also includes insurance coverage analyses and coverage litigation for first-party and third-party claims. Aileen has authored and argued numerous appeals. Before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, her practice in Florida included zoning and land use matters, as well as insurance and administrative law.
