Barrett N. Lindsey
Barrett focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation throughout Arizona, representing professionals and companies in a wide variety of disputes involving personal injury, construction defect matters and general construction litigation, contract disputes, professional malpractice, and financial litigation. He has broad experience in both arbitration matters and trial matters. He has also handled many pretrial mediations, pretrial settlement conferences, and general settlement negotiation efforts.
Barrett has extensive legal writing experience, including filing and defending dispositive motions on a range of issues, and drafting briefs before the Arizona Court of Appeals. He recently drafted an appellee brief which successfully defended a judgment award before the Arizona Court of Appeals. He also recently obtained a successful result on a dispositive motion seeking broad indemnity coverage against multiple third-party defendants.
Barrett graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University in 2010. While in law school, he was also a member of the moot court board. After graduating from law school, Barrett served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Richard E. Dorr in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Barrett is a volunteer attorney for the Pro Bono Representation Program with the Arizona Court of Appeals.
