Benjamin I. Wilkoff

Ben focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Before entering private practice, he worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for five years. He has tried 15 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials in matters ranging from attempted murders to drug possession.

Ben is a member of The Order of Barristers, a national honor society for law school graduates and practicing attorneys who have exhibited excellence in the art of oral advocacy and brief writing through appellate moot court and mock trial programs.
