Beth A. Saydak

During the course of her legal career, Beth has litigated and tried cases and prosecuted appeals, as both insurer in-house and outside counsel in complex civil cases. Her cases have included the defense and prosecution of insurance coverage, general commercial and personal injury actions on behalf of insurers, corporations and individuals. Beth has also represented the interests of insurers and insureds in bankruptcy proceedings.

Beth’s representation of insurers has involved coverage issues arising from general liability, professional liability, property and investment advisors and funds liability policies.  Her cases involving the defense of insureds and non-insureds have included construction and labor law cases, products liability, toxic tort and pharmaceutical litigation, and actions involving premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking liability issues.
