Colleen J. Orscheln
Colleen focuses her practice on asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, and premises liability matters.
Before law school, Colleen worked in marketing for the corporate office of an apparel company, where her responsibilities included liaising with the public relations firm and developing social media strategy to promote specific brands.
While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Margaret Ann Brennan, Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division. She also worked as a law clerk for a Chicago civil litigation firm, where she conducted research on complex toxic tort issues and analyzed legal sources in preparation for trial, particularly in the area of asbestos defense.
