Dan’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of general and executive liability defense, including premises liability, automobile, trucking and commercial fleet defense litigation, railroad liability, and product liability. He also has experience in employment litigation.
Dan previously spent four years as an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County. There he handled all manner of criminal prosecutions from misdemeanors to first degree felonies, as well as habitual offenders, prison release re-offenders and 10-20-Life cases.
While in law school, Dan competed in various national moot court competitions and in 2006 was awarded first place for oral arguments at the National Tax Moot Court Competition.
